These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and FairBook India concerning your access to and use of the FairBook India website and Secure Vault services.
By accessing our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.
FairBook India provides encrypted digital storage and audit logging capabilities. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from uploading, storing, or sharing any illegal, malicious, or highly restricted content that violates Indian law.
You may be required to register with the Site. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove or suspend a username if we determine it is inappropriate or violates policies.
Upgrading your vault capacity requires successful payment processing. All custom payments submitted via UPI must include a valid Transaction Reference (UTR) Number. Vault upgrades will only be applied upon successful manual verification of the UTR and your payment screenshot. Payments are non-refundable once storage has been allocated.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
